Included in the expansion will be a 2BR and 3BR condo display, cafe with coffee and fresh cookies, a high-end gallery, lighting gallery and much more. The expansion broke ground on September 20 and the tractor began clearing the land. The expansion is estimated to be finished in late 2004. She was the very first employee of The John Richard Collection, a high-end accessory company in Greenwood, MS. Over the years, Jeri has served as manager of the picture department, receptionist and accounts payable. Without her, John Richard and Malouf Furniture and Design would not be the same today. Malouf Furniture and Design has partnered up with Adams Homes to offer and upscale look at an affordable price. Malouf's has completed a model at the Willow Lake subdivision in Foley on Highway 12. Malouf Furniture will continue to do models throughout Baldwin County in various Adams Homes neighborhoods.

The model at Willow Lake is an absolute must see! It was designed under a very strict budget and was inspired by a Pottery Barn look. When one enters the home, they will be absolutely amazed. It is bright and fun and combines sea grass textures and looks like a home straight out of a magazine. Lisa Perry carefully selected each piece specifically to fit the space allowed. She used her experience with condos and very high-end homes to give this house a look that has never been done before in this market! This home is so adorable and affordable!

Home Show a Success! March 27 - 28, 2004
Malouf Furniture and Design did very well at the Baldwin County Home Builders Association Home and Product Show. William Bradford Elliott designed and installed the booth for the show and the hard work paid off. The booth was chosen as first place winner by the Home Builders Association panel of judges and won first place by the consumers.

William is a merchandiser and floor designer at Malouf Furniture and Design and has been with the store for three years. The beautiful booth was not only eye candy for the consumers, but showcased a number of different styles that Malouf Furniture and Design carries. The weekend proved very successful and beneficial to the store and builder community.
