Lisa has been in furniture sales and design locally since 1984. Lisa has a client base all over the Gulf Coast and her portfolio is one of the most impressive in the area. Her versatile designs and extensive experience enable her to design on a strict budget or create a high-end work of art.

Lisa has decorated homes and condos as far away as Anchorage, Alaska. A large portion of Lisa business is from referrals as she has made such a name for herself while at Malouf Furniture. Having access to a wide variety of furnishings allows Lisa to create designs that are unique and different for each one of her clients.

La Riva Resort, Perdido Key Florida

This unit at La Riva Resort in Perdido Key, Florida is sure to take your breath away. Lisa rose to the challenge of designing with a contemporary flare. She began by working different shades of chocolate brown. Lisa then chose a few accent pieces in brighter colors like orange, yellow, and green to add interest. The white sofa in the living room is stunning, and the large dining table is perfect for any family gathering. Beau View

BEAU VIEW is the Mississippi Gulf Coast's premier gated community. It is central to all the coast's attractions and amenities, close to New Orleans, Historic Mobile, and to the white sandy beaches of Pensacola. Amenities include a lushly landscaped pool, children's pool and spa, a fitness center with state-of-the-art cardiovascular and weight equipment, a club room for meetings or social events, a theatre with stadium seating and surround sound and his and hers saunas. Lisa Perry and Anna Overstreet carefully selected each piece of furniture for the model. Warm wood tones combined with shades of blue provide an upscale, relaxing environment. Oceania

Welcome to Oceania! This one of a kind condominium will please anyone looking to vacation. Located on West Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, Oceania stands 17 stories high. There are 14 spacious suites, which include 3 bedrooms, a study and 4 baths. The penthouse unit, pictured below, also has an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Lisa Perry was thrilled to have the opportunity to assist the owners in furnishing the penthouse of Oceania. Contemporary furnishings in the living and dining areas compliment the architecture and take advantage of the gorgeous views. Brightly colored linens in the bedrooms bring life to each carefully selected bedroom suit. And a theatre fit for a king will easily seat 16 for business or pleasure. This penthouse is sure to take your breath away.

Phoenix by the Bay

This Orange Beach luxury condominium is located at Terry Cove on the Bay. It is the newest of the Phoenix developments, and it features whirlpool baths, designer kitchens and spacious rooms.

Lisa furnished this unit using the Condo's to Go packages that are exclusively available through Malouf Furniture and Design. She took advantage of the floor to ceiling windows by leaving them undressed and displaying great views. The woven wood on each piece of furniture enhances the tropical feeling of the space. The furnishings in this two-bedroom condo are a perfect fit for the laid-back lifestyle. And the bright colors make this condominium cheery and renter-ready.

The Mirabella

Mirabella is a 17 story luxury beach front condominium located on Florida's Perdido Key. Only three 2000+ square foot units per floor creating a desirable low density environment for retirement or that dream of a beach vacation home. Every condominium unit is designed with view in mine, and total comfort.

Don and Peggy Kelly of Mobile, AL had Lisa Perry design the look of their brand new condo. Combining style with beach flare, this unit screams comfortable luxury.

Malouf Furniture and Design is building a reputation for designing and decorating the common areas for different condos. Lisa Perry gave the common area at Mirabella a West Indies look. The layout is functional for simple conversation or can be rearranged for larger conference use as well.

The poolside area is another element that Malouf's has expertise in. Good design should not be limited to indoors. Lisa Perry used extremely durable outdoor furniture in order to ensure extended use throughout the years.

Seachase 1403 W

Since its completion, SeaChase has set the standard by which all other Gulf beach condominiums are judged. Everything from the walls to the floors, contertops to cabinets, the entire condo was totally remodeled. The new looks represents a fun Caribbean atmosphere. Lisa combined primary colors with strong textures to create the ultimate beach experience.

Dr. Billy and Pam Eggars from Boyce, LA had Lisa Perry completely redo their condo. They use their unit for rental purposes and it needed a complete update. Everything from the walls to the floors, countertops to cabinets, the entire condo was totally remodeled.

The new look is so drastically different from the original that it looks like a brand new unit. They have already received calls reserving their unit for rentals. Romar House Office

Romar House's unique Polynesian architecture brings the romantic South Pacific to Alabama's beautiful beaches. The Romar House offers access to a private beach with chaise lounge and umbrella rentals.

Two exquisite towers situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico house spacious three bedroom / two bath condominiums and gourmet kitchens for an unforgettable experience. Palm trees welcome you as you enter the lovely resort and are greeted by onsite management offering warm hospitality to Romar House guests.

Lisa Perry decorated the office at Romar House. Lisa used the natural light in the office to her advantage by incorporating texture with light wood finishes. Giving the office a West Indies feel, she used hints of rich color to tie it all together.

Adams Homes

Malouf Furniture and Design has partnered up with Adams Homes to offer and upscale look at an affordable price. Malouf's has completed a model at the Willow Lake subdivision in Foley on Highway 12. Malouf Furniture will continue to do models throughout Baldwin County in various Adams Homes neighborhoods.

The model at Willow Lake is an absolute must see! It was designed under a very strict budget and was inspired by a Pottery Barn look. When one enters the home, they will be absolutely amazed. It is bright and fun and combines sea grass textures and looks like a home straight out of a magazine. Lisa Perry carefully selected each piece specifically to fit the space allowed. She used her experience with condos and very high-end homes to give this house a look that has never been done before in this market! This home is so adorable and affordable!

Portofino 1902 Condo

Welcome to a place where mornings are an invitation to discover miles of white sandy beaches, on an unspoiled barrier island in Northwest Florida. Immerse yourself in an island lifestyle that is a world apart, not a world away.

It's back to the beach! This Portofino unit says beach like nothing else. Lisa Perry had fun doing this condo because it was just that - FUN! Bright primary colors combined with whitewashed cottage-like furniture gives the rooms a Bahama feel. Lisa used bright colored bedding with large, accent pillows and used a "shutter" theme throughout. She made it feel fresh and clean and will enhance anyone's trip to the beach.
